Stefano de Luigi is an American photographer who's project Pornoland won a 2005 Marco Bastianelli Prize. In 2006 he founded a project called Cinema Mundi and by 2007 got W.E. Smith Fellowship. He was a three-time winner of the World Press Photo Award from the Soros Foundation in 1998, 2007 and 2009 respectively. In 2010 he was awarded with the Photojournalism Award by Days Japan International. During his career he also published a lot of photographs for such magazines and newspapers as Le Monde, Paris Match, Stern, Time and The New Yorker.
