The Golden Globe Awards ceremony took place on Sunday, January 10 at 8 pm Eastern/5 pm Pacific at The Beverly Hilton, Los Angeles; California. The ceremony was produced by Dick Clark Productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The 73rd annual star-studded event was hosted for the fourth time by Ricky Gervais and honored the best in film and American television of 2015.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon won Best Actor awards while Jennifer Lawrence and Brie Larson won Best Actress awards. “The Revenant” walked away with the biggest honors including best picture, drama meanwhile Lady Gaga beat Kirsten Dunst and Queen Latifah to win a Golden Globe for best actress in a limited series or TV movie for her role in, “American Horror Story: Hotel.”
The 2016 Cecil B. DeMille Award was awarded to Denzel Washington.
