60th Britannia Filmfare Awards 2014 Winners are Announced

Filmfare Awards 2015 2The winners are announced for 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards.  The ceremony was hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma and bollywood actrees Alia Bhatt. The movie ‘Queen’ won awards in various categories including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress and Best Editing. The lifetime achievement award was given to veteran actress Kamini Kaushal for her outstanding contribution to Indian cinema. The 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards ceremony was held on 31st January at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. The telecast date for this year’s Filmfare Awards have been announced by Sony Entertainment Television Asia. Filmfare Awards will air on Sunday, 8th February at 20:00 on Sony TV. The evening saw performances from Salman Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and was attended by B-Town celebrities like Rekha, Kajol, Manisha Koirala, Neha Dhupia, Subhash Ghai, Vidya Balan among others.
