John Christian Foreman was an American film producer. Foreman was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In the late 1960s, he and actor Paul Newman founded Newman-Foreman productions. He went on to produce Winning and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. He later produced four films in collaboration with director John Huston. His other film credits as producer include, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds, The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean, The Mackintosh Man, The Man Who Would Be King, They Might Be Giants and Prizzi's Honor. Foreman was nominated twice for the Academy Award for his films Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and Prizzi's Honor. He died in Beverly Hills, California.
