Žydrūnas Ilgauskas is a Lithuanian-American retired professional basketball center who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. He played for the Cavaliers from 1996 to 2010, and is the team's career leader in games played, rebounds, and blocks. In 2012, Ilgauskas became a special adviser for the Cavaliers. In 2014, he became a U.S. citizen.
