Kyrie Andrew Irving is an Australian-American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association. He attended Duke University before being selected as the 1st overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Cavaliers. Irving was born in Melbourne, Australia and grew up in West Orange, New Jersey. Irving has tremendous ball-handling skills and is a proven scorer. He has already achieved a number of accolades and is on the fast track to becoming a superstar in the NBA.
