A two-Michelin-starred restaurant at the Berkeley Hotel in London, England. Previously known as Ptrus, the restaurant changed its name in late 2008 after a disagreement between Marcus Wareing, the head chef at Ptrus, and Gordon Ramsay, whose company Gordon Ramsay Holdings was at the time the holder of the restaurant's lease.Following the split between Wareing and Ramsay, Wareing took on the lease directly, but Ramsay got to keep the name and is likely to transfer it to another of his restaurants.
