Hibu plc, formerly Yell Group plc, is a multinational directories and internet services company headquartered in Reading, Berkshire, UK. It has operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain and a number of countries in Latin America. It has its origins in the yellow pages division of the privatised British telecommunications operator BT Group.
Hibu is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE SmallCap Index, having been a member of the FTSE 100 Index prior to March 2008.
