Marc Gasol Sáez is a Spanish professional basketball player who plays for the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association. Gasol was an NBA All-Star in 2012 and won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award in 2013.
He was drafted in the second round, 48th overall, by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2007 NBA Draft. He stands 7'1" tall and is the younger brother of current Lakers power forward Pau Gasol.
